Life Skills and Steady Hands is a specialized class designed for individuals with Parkinson's disease to build confidence and independence in daily life. Through targeted fine motor exercises, activities of daily living (ADLs), and handwriting practice, participants work to improve dexterity, coordination, and control needed for everyday tasks — from buttoning a shirt to writing a note. Each session combines practical, functional movement with a supportive group environment, helping participants maintain independence and enhance quality of life.
