Designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson's disease, this gentle class focuses on improving flexibility, range of motion, and functional movement to support everyday life. Through slow, intentional stretching and guided mobility exercises, participants work to ease muscle rigidity, reduce stiffness, and encourage fluid, confident movement.
Each session incorporates exercises targeting the areas most affected by Parkinson's — including the neck, shoulders, trunk, and hips — with an emphasis on posture, balance, and coordinated breathing. This 30 minute class is done in chairs and standing.
