Mary Lynn Foster

CEO

As a native Michigander, Mary Lynn Foster brings over 20 years of leadership experience to her CEO role at the Kirk Gibson Center for Parkinson’s Wellness.  She has delivered operational and organizational improvements throughout her career with multiple Non-Profit Organizations earning her inclusion as one of the Most Notable Women in Non-Profits by Detroit Crain’s Business among other recognitions.

Her early career includes serving as President and CEO of the Children’s Hunger Alliance, as well as in corporate executive operations and finance roles at Charles Penzone, Inc.  She also served in the audit sector at PricewaterhouseCoopers after earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from Western Michigan University.

Outside the office, Mary Lynn remains active in community service through volunteer roles including her work as a board member at the Citizen’s Research Council of Michigan and as a five-year member of the American Red Cross Tiffany Circle. She also served four years as President of the International Women’s Forum in Ohio and currently serves on the Finance Committee of the Michigan Forum.  Mary Lynn unwinds by spending time with her family and hiking “up north” in the woods of Petoskey and ice skating.
